and beacuse the event was finished in the afternoon, so they can't fire the fireworks as usual (every event in my campus especially Japanese Literature department always fire a firework while dance aka odori in the end of the event) so they gave me & others visitor a balloon which there's piece of paper bound in the balloon's rope, the paper reads visitor's hope & wishes. In the end of event we flying that balloons in the air.
